It’s not like the Duggars were isolated away; they attended those conferences all the time, where Josh and his siblings were around unrelated adult men very often. The man in charge of their pseudo-religion, Bill Gothard, was accused of inappropriate contact with young girls. So definitely not a stretch that Josh could have been abused as a pre-teen, and there are plenty of people who could have done it. Or he could be a sexual deviant who never got therapy or any type of real consequences for his actions and thought he could get away with stuff. [/quote]
