[/quote] I read about the 8th grade girl who was walking in her neighborhood and was shot by another juvenile. It’s getting some press, especially considering it happened in the suburbs of Richmond in a regular, sleepy HOA type neighborhood. She was walking on a well known path that connects the local high school to the neighborhood. [/quote]
