assistants and extended day staff who have multiple degrees are not working those jobs b/c of the pay- they are working them b/c the hours work for them.    It is really hard to find jobs that give the kind of hours you get as an assistant (school hours/ summers off).  Overqualified moms work these jobs b/c they want to be home with their kids when their kids are not in school.    [/quote]
