And that he was holding him down to tire him out so that they could get him into the cruiser. The guy did physically resist the officer when the officer was commanding him to get out of his vehicle. And the guy was doing some hard staggering - impaired? Trying to throw the cops escorting him off balance? Hard to say. He wasn't just walking compliantly and easily to the awaiting vehicle. He was being difficult. Even so, I do not understand what the officer was thinking kneeling on his neck like that after he was on the ground and under control. Had they tried to get him to stand up and he resisted? I just do not know.[/quote]
