I fit that profile but tell that to my agency that actually ELIMINATED a lot of telework for many positions out of the fields nationwide a few months ago saying they are trying to increase productivity. New leadership has been trying to eliminate our partial week telework policy too (large operation with more than 1,000 positions in headquarters here in DMV). The new commissioner is a Trump appointee, actually a college classmate of his with no background to lead our agency. I don't see my agency's leadership allowing 5 day telework even for a temporary period. I am actually going to start using my leave. [/quote]
