Thanks.  I think we are all curious--and that does not entitle us to know the details.  There are laws and rules to protect juveniles.  In this instance, I doubt these kids will do this again, but they certainly deserve to be punished.

In a way, it would be better, if they did publicly announce the punishment.  But, that is likely illegal.  So, everyone speculates.[/quote]

It’s not idle, nosey curiosity. A crime was committed for which state guidelines recommend expulsion or something close to it. Parents in the school district want to know if anything was done to prevent it from happening again or if their kids are next. [/quote]
