They are built and lots of young families move in and the elementary schools explode. Kids get older, high schools explode. And, then there are very few kids for a while. Then, slowly the original owners move out and others move in and the cycle starts again. Repeat. And, repeat. It happens throughout Fairfax and the US. It happened in the neighborhood where I grew up. [/quote]
