[/quote] In FCPS, you can check membership growth through the year. At the schools with heavy Hispanic population, the growth since September is impressive. I checked one school today that had a growth since September of 27 kids. That is the equivalent of more than 1 classroom in a Title I school. One school. This is in Fairfax County--not El Paso.
