In FCPS, you can check membership growth through the year.  At the schools with heavy Hispanic population, the growth since September is impressive.  I checked one school today that had a growth since September of 27 kids.  That is the equivalent of more than 1 classroom in a Title I school.  One school.  This is in Fairfax County--not El Paso.

Why are you ASSUMING that all of the Hispanic kids, new or not, are here illegally? I'd bet that the vast majority of them are citizens, even if their parents are not.
