This in a county that is closer to a quarter AA. Of course, that is the whole reason white peoples move to W schools. “For the schools” = “for the test scores” = “as few AA’s as possible.” It may not be their intention (or in some cases it may be) but this is the effect.[/quote] Let me know what the acceptable min number of black people for any given area, should I then infer there is a maximum number because clearly there is a level with too many white ones?
