For "true" low-income subsidies, aka Section 8, it's in the $60s for a family of three and in the $70s for a family of four. Much lower cut-offs than six-figures, unless you have a dozen kids! They also have what are known as "middle-income" housing, and that does go up above $130,000, depending on family size.
