The program is awesome because you play in NCSL on a 3rd team or below.  You're like the lego movie at your stage in the developmental model:  [i]"Everything is awesome!"[/i]  You may want to exit this chat as this is the bid kids table.  I stayed out of your chat because I am happy for you to learn what competent training looks like.  When your kid is training/playing double digit hours per week and can actually take players 1v1 consistently and at will, you may enter this discussion with something valuable. Your RDS coaches are trying to train some of our kids for free. ( :roll: anonymous forums has people speaking out of turn these days)

We know there are levels, to everything. 
I'm sure there are people on this thread that are layers of levels above you in multiple categories of life, including their personal experience and exposure to soccer at high levels
