Capital 2025 ended #4 (not #1) so there were better teams out there. Pride is currently #8 - with the majority of Cap Blue 28 likely to be Pride, and select additions from Stars LB, no reason to think Capital 28 Blue won’t be in the ballpark. [/quote]

Everyone is assuming all of Pride just moves on to Capital. What if some of those players stay at Pride or look to other clubs?

You are ASSuming that other clubs won’t improve and that Capital will magically gel. Bottom line is the coaching historically is mid-level and won’t get them raise their game. History says they are going to be what they are going in, probably between the #7-12 best team in 2028s. Again, good enough  to get recruited but don’t fool yourself thinking that the team is going to be all that. [/quote]

Well if history says they are going to be what they are going on, let's look at the rankings of a couple of the feeder teams of the 2025s when they were in 8th grade:

Pride Red #13
Stars #38

A more accurate comparison is to match 8th grade rankings of the feeder teams (2025 v 2028) which was posted above and makes a strong case that current 2028 teams are performing at a higher level. [/quote]

I don't understand the obsession with predicting the team's rankings and success. If the one consistent about Capital is that they get kids recruited, regardless of where the team lies in the top #20, who cares?[/quote]
