Valor should seriously look at cutting the 3rd team program all together. Bad coaches, bad players... nothing more than a fundraiser [/quote]

Their 3rd-5th teams are their moneymakers. They play in cheaper leagues, cheaper and fewer tournaments, have cheaper inexperienced coaches, but everyone pays the same fees. Basically their worse teams subsidize their first teams.[/quote]
