The Baldoni comments about p*rn, the weird conversation in the car about consent , and Heath walking into her dressing room may not be relevant anymore either. But on the other hand, this is all the stuff that was brought up at the all hands meeting where Reynolds yelled at Baldoni, and I imagine that's part of Wayfarer's case for taking action to protect their reputations.
