Biden is opening the border with executive action, dismantling the Remain in Mexico policy. Sounds like you want a Republican President and a Democrat legislature to implement your priorities. However, most of the Republicans are in favor of open borders as well, they just hide it a little better. For example, Marco Rubio, Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn, John Thune.
