How many people have taxable income above 1 million dollars per year?

Unrealized capital gains at death, is basically an estate tax. Passing on $10 million to your kids is plenty, and anything over that is taxed but not confiscated. Is there a reason Elon Musk or Mark Zuckerberg's progeny for the next 500 years should be set for life?[/quote]
