It's known that the US is the only country in the world where football is for the rich.  Why, as a country, we will never reach elite status on a global stage with the sport.  Entitled, rich people ruined the sport for their own gain and excluded underprivileged families who have kids that are probably much more likely to have the ability and mentality to become professional players.
