And there are plenty of civil laws their actions would fall under[/quote] As I recall Brian was not wanted by police until after he had already left his parents home and was dead. His parents did not harbor a fugitive. The police knew he was at his parents house. The PP is correct, there is no legal obligation to affirmatively answer questions particularly about a crime you had no part in. Neither set of parents is a winner here and I have read nothing that indicates Brian’s parents had any involvement in his criminal activities. This lawsuit is prolonged public pain and huge legal bills for both sides, with no chance of Gabby gaining from this. [/quote]
