There was a risk that the rafts could hit into the netting and riders could get hurt. But they had procedures in place, weight/height requirements established for the ride and as long as those were followed the riders would be reasonably safe. But if they weren't followed...oops. Which is why this situation is so horrible. And foreseeable. [/quote]
