And they say there is not need for [b]segregation [/b] of kids based on achievement. I can't think how a poor teacher can manage a class so diverse.
I am NOT for G/T (who really is G/T, too few indeed), but definitely more homogenous classes. Segregate by score, not by SES or God-forbid, race.
If score= race= low SES, shame on you DCPS. But let's not pretend everything is fine just because reality sucks.[/quote]
