On the flip side, she hasn’t held a town hall in Maine for 30 years & hides from her constituents!! If you have thr time & money, she might meet with you in DC & then post about it on her facebook page. [/quote]

Sounds like she meets with constituents not only in DC, but also in Maine and on Zoom.  Doesn't sound like hiding to me.

Collins deferred to her press secretary Blake Kernen when asked about constituent requests for town halls.

“She prefers smaller group meetings or Zooms, rather than holding town halls where very few people get to speak, and the level of civility is often not that high,” the spokesperson said. “These forums were also difficult for people who were more reserved or less comfortable speaking in public.”

Kernan also said Collins individually meets with thousands of Mainers every year in her office and during events across the state.

Uh, OK, so SHE prefers, but what about what her constituents prefer? Most can’t afford to get to DC for a F2F. And I’ve literally never heard of her holding a zoom. I’m a constituent. She comes home for photo ops and probably 95% of comments to ANY post on her FB or IG are negative. 
Finally, what did you expect her PRESS SECRETARY to say?!? Give me a break. [/quote]
