[/quote] Lots of reasons, some left during COVID for child care, some move away due to jobs and housing costs and some left when they dropped programs like the MVA. Not a surprise. [/quote] Not just "for child care" - virtual school was a disaster academically for a lot of kids.[/quote] Virtual took a lot of parental involvement and other things and most parents weren't willing to put in that kind of effort.
