A majority of people who suffer from mental health conditions are not dangerous and will live their entire lives without hurting ANYONE at all.

But you want to punish all THOSE people who are no danger to anyone, and deny them their rights and freedom, in order to stop a small minority of mentally unwell people who *might* be a danger to others?

So everyone should be punished for the sake of the actions of a few?
