Healthy food is expensive.  Unhealthy, preservative-laden foods are cheaper.  Plus poor people often lack access to good grocery stores, along with often suffering from stress, lack of sleep, lack of access to healthcare and many other issues that contribute to poor health which can also lead to obesity.

The only way to become obese is to consume an excess of calories, continuously, over a long period of time. Hard to buy the narrative we have so many starving people that are 50+ lbs overweight  [/quote]

Please provide some evidence that suggestions people that can afford to overeat to the tune of being obese somehow cannot afford anything heathy.  It’s been listed all the of the heathy options that are available at local Walmart that are very cheap.  People would rather spend their money on crap.  That’s the truth [/quote]
