You are mistaken. The door is clearly broken in the photos. If you can’t accept that as fact, you are hopeless.

The door is very obviously broken.

Sam did not say that. The police report did. Likely a misquote or assumption by whoever filled the report out. If you have any familiarity with investigations, this happens all the time. Sam had been back and forth to the security desk asking for help, all confirmed by video. A neighbor confirmed that Sam was trying to get in the apartment. [/quote]
