Until recently, that wasn’t very likely as most people are vaccinated and so the disease is very rare. But if people don’t get vaccinated then these once rare diseases will not be any more, and then it’s hard to avoid. It may be fine if you’re all vaccinated and not immunocompromised but the immunocompromised part could change at any time, and if you have babies too young to be vaccinated they are at risk.
