Yes, but if you can't explain why the Nazi playbook was supported and why it would be supported again today, you're not winning--you're just making a comparison without understanding it.

Nazis were bad because they led to the destruction of their people and nation.  I'm not a Nazi apologist, but they rose in response to some real political failings.  I don't want them to rise here, but I understand the younger generations will find those ideas appealing due to different, but related, political failings.  [/quote]
