Democrats are sufferng from “lead character syndrome.”  In spite of theor trouncing by Trump, they assume they are still powerful.  So instead of plotting to tetake power in 2 or 4 or 8 years,they are STILL in denial of being less powerful and relevant today.  So it’s all screeching, all resisting, all in the moment reaction stuff, and no planning.  We think we’re the king and Trump is an errant knight who must be disciplined.  We don’t even seem to realize we’re outside of the castle walls[/quote]
