Player sends film, coaches watch film.
Coaches come watch player. Player gets offer.

I’m pretty familiar with recruiting. You contradict yourself. Scouts only know of a player is “good enough” if they see them play. Every school does not watch every player that emails them. Top schools are watching mostly top teams. For example NVA 08 and SYC 08 will have different schools watching them. Different levels of team in different leagues. If there’s a really strong player on a lower level team, scouts will find her with club coach helps.[/quote]
