I am a democrat and they lost my vote without having any agenda to deal with mass illegal immigration.
Actually there was an agenda for dealing with it- the Bipartisan Bill. Would have been the most significant reform in 50 years and would have solved many problems including many that the House bill wouldnt. But Republicans killed that Bipartisan bill, lied about it, falsely claimed it was a bad bill, and completely flooded the zone with hysteria about hordes of gangs eating cats and dogs, murdering and raping and taking over entire towns.
But wait! You completely left out this part: Biden reversed all of Trump's border protocols as soon as he took office. The world then watched as the U.S. experienced horrific, unprecedented, historic illegal immigration. For 3 1/2 years, Biden insisted there was simply "nothing" he could do. But then, an election year rolled around, and he magically decided he COULD do something! So, he signed his own border EO and almost immediately, the numbers went down. The bipartisan bill wouldn't have even been necessary had Joe Biden signed that EO on his first day in office. But he didn't. And the rest is his part of his shameful legacy. https://www.cnn.com/interactive/2021/politics/biden-executive-orders/
