Who was the famous person who once said “I don’t want to belong to any club that would have me as a member?” In a way, he was ok’ing fun at this phenomenon of the attractiveness of having something exclusive. There aren’t too many sororities. There is too much emphasis on hierarchy and status. It’s influencer culture on steroids. They aren’t in it for sisterhood, they are in it for status.
