Yes. And then there was 30 days commenting, and they got feedback. I didn’t like the first iteration,  but this version makes a lot of sense. It lets elementary students be where they feel comfortable and safe and then looks at the case by case basis once children get older, go through puberty, and get further into competitive sports. I think they’ve found a good balance of protecting girls sports and protecting trans kids. [/quote]I hope you're right.
