Our coach said on the coaches' meeting call that the commissioner admitted they let TEN teams have 3 zip code exceptions. The limit is supposed to be a max of two, and they don't tell coaches they can apply for exceptions to have three, nor do they tell anyone what the criteria are for exceptions. So there are ten teams out there where 30% of their team is recruited from out of zip. At this point, why even have rules? The coaches who follow the rules are basically penalized.[/quote]
