It's allowable under the CHRVA rules as long as the player has paid the tryout fee (no special incentives or gifts are allowed) and the offer is not made until the after the start of the open tryout period. [/quote] That is insane! Pretty much a scam if their continuing to have "open tryouts" and the roster is already full as other have stated. [/quote]
