We only use whole dairy products (milk, cream cheese, etc) but my kid only drinks 1-2 glasses of milk per day. We have a hard time keeping fat on our kids and so we try to stick with higher fat everything. Our 9 year old slams avocados like they are going extinct. [/quote]
