What's he been up to? I'm adding the strident William & Mary defender from the college forum to the list
That’s a new one. We have the UVA, UMD, Northeastern nutters. Haven’t seen a w&m one yet.
Why are the same schools raised again and again - and why do you feel the need to attack posters who defend those schools? Sounds like you are the "nutter".
Chill out. I don’t do any of those things. Just pointing out my observations.
People who get into Harvard don't come here to vent about those admitted to GMU. Think about it.
They vent about them. Look at the threads like “the cleaning lady stole my X!” The cleaning lady was someone admitted to GMU.
Nah. Not in the College Forum. The people from Harvard don't think about the GMU people at all. But the reverse - people who went to lesser schools do vent about those who went to top schools - too often, and too obviously. Maybe first and foremost, the better schools teach their people to stay in their lane. More likely, they simply do not care (to the extent that those who went to lesser schools think about others).
DP. I disagree. There are posters in the college forum who insist on disparaging any school that *isn't* an Ivy or "elite." Several non-elite, popular schools are constantly dragged for no reason, except that the poster is so nasty, they find it fun to kick people around. Those are the people who are truly insecure and clearly have issues.
The people that disparage schools, wherever they claimed to have attended (which we all know they have not), are insecure - that is the point. I know tons of people from the top of the top schools, and they don't disparage anyone - they are simply too busy! Really busy, not DCUM busy.
