Lee does seem to have gone off the rails, he was not living a quality adult liife surrounded by people of good character. Seems like a heavy drinker, wonder what dragon he was chasing? Feel for his kids and also his ex-wife. There are few good cards to play when a mid-life crisis comes knocking. At least here there is enough money to go around.

I've seen this with my own ex and with friends, this reversion to teen hours, pursuits, dramas when pushing 50. Maybe he was a good son or maybe that was a bit of a cover and deflection bc he really dropped the ball as a dad. Had he had more time maybe he would have gotten himself together.
