AOC's star was always front and center almost solely because of the hate she generated on the Right. She never had any real influence on the direction of the Dem's platforms. Her constituents like her and are progressive and she is a good representative of that. But, she has a tiny influence. Yet, the amount of hate and nastiness she has generated, you'd think she was POTUS.[/quote]
