If he had shown some actual leadership he could have gotten parts of his agenda passed.  A big part of being an effective leader is setting priorities and recognizing that you can't necessarily get every last thing on the wish list.

They crafted this bill like the fat kid in the candy shop and are absolutely astonished it didn't pass.  :roll:

Like maybe ONE of their initiatives would have been historic. But all of it at once was asking for failure.
