I'd like to hear from one teacher who would like this arrangement - one. It doesn't increase their planning time, but now they have more work to do for two groups (if the off days are async) or they have to do concurrent (if the off days are synchronous remote).[/quote]

It does seem like most teachers would like 5 days in person - it’s what they’re used to and is also most effective for the vast majority of kids. It’s the administrators and the unions (oh, I’m sorry, “organizations”) which seem to be pushing for distancing to continue into this coming SY, which would lead to hybrid becoming a necessity. [/quote]
