That is half the reason.

The other reason is that the parents who initiated the recall positions were mostly residents in Tholen and Cohen's district.

They started with their own school board reps.  Many of those volunteer parents doing the heavy work in the beginning were mostly from the local areas covered by the petitions.  There has to be some level of local support to get the petitions publicized and signed.  Cohen and Tholen's area both had a large number of parents willing to work on it.

If you are in Karl's zone and are ready to get involved, reach out to that group.  I am sure that they would be happy to help your friends and neighbors with a petition to recall Karl.

I love how some parents are happy just to sit back and let others do the heavy lifting.  Absolutely, there should be a recall petition for Karl (and the others).  The parents who live in those districts need to get on it themselves.[/quote]
