Yes thank you. I get so sick of the people who constantly claim if you don't like Thanksgiving food its only because it wasn't cooked correctly. Sorry but I have had it made by incredible chefs and its still not a great meal. Trust me no one is drooling over your dry brine or wet brine or whichever other method you are convinced makes it yummy. Its blah. Edible but not worth the effort and made because you are supposed to have on Thanksgiving.  This is why no one ever wants it any other day than Thanksgiving. [/quote]

We've actually made a roasted turkey with some of the traditional side dishes twice since the pandemic began.  Once with a turkey from Giant, which was good.  And once with a free range turkey ordered from a farm in upstate NY, which was absolutely delicious.[/quote]
