The (minor) accidents occured when the road reconfiguration was not complete, or shortly afterwards, when drivers were not yet used to the chanes (in particular the change Seminary and Quaker EB). Note there were just as many accidents in the past, but the City only looked at "reportable accidents" (accidents above at least a certain minimum damage level) . The antis have been counting every minor non reportable accident - if you go back to "before" and count those there were lots. [/quote]
