The nanny was never charged, the dead grandmother forgave her in front of witnesses, and the grandmother had a history of passing out in the week leading up this which is why she was run over in the first place.

Plus Fotis was out of the country when it happened?

eh, his mother's death sounds like a freak accident.  He wasn't even anywhere near his mom when she was hit by the car driven by the 24 year old nanny at the time.  The nanny was moving the car, Flotis' mom bent down to see if the lights were on on the vehicle and the nanny didn't see her and accidentally drove over her.  Jennifer called 911, the children were very upset....it was a sad freak accident.

What happened to Jennifer, though, was no freak accident.[/quote]
