PP it is not difficult to understand, you are being obtuse. What other people buy or do not buy, afford or do not afford, is not your business. I know if you had it your way, a large house would be illegal, or somehow outlawed, but that is not possible, so you are going to have to suck it up and get over your feelings about what other people have or do not have, including yourself. You can feign ignorance for the rest of your life, but it is not helping you, clearly.
+1 The audacity for someone to say that OP bad life choices because she lives in a very large home. Makes no sense whatsoever. Am I to understand following this logic that everyone who lives poorly in a 1 BR with 5 kids is out here with a heart of gold and trying to save the planet?? Bwahhahahahah Honestly some of you make absolutely no sense and some real odd correlations between material things and someone's worth and value. What someone can or can't afford - or what they choose to spend their money on may say something about them - but it doesn't tell you whether they are indeed a "good" or "bad" person or whether they are worthy of friendship. WOW.
