Ditto.  I do not understand her at all.  She's big on making childcare affordable -- which would make Arlington more attractive to FAMILIES.  But doesn't care about properly funding schools for those families?  Doesn't make any sense.  [/quote]

Your mistake is thinking that her concern is with the kids; it's not. She cares about making it easier to for millennial couples, particularly women, in Arlington to have children without having to make career sacrifices to accommodate them. Accessible childcare is an important part of that, the quality of the schools those children will eventually attend is not.[/quote]
