Did anything become of this study?[/quote]

They made some changes to the process of determining who is tested and may have made some changes to what is taken into account (can't recall specifics). It's a popular topic over in the Md public shcools forum. Lots of concerns about 'watering down' the program and general anxiety about the changes. [/quote]
