They've seized a bunch of them.  Every message has at least two people on it.  Find a message on one and not the other, you know that someone deleted.  And deleting is obstruction when the message in question is evidence of criming.[/quote]

They were communicating about organizing a coup.  So yes, seizing the phones they used to do that is a good idea because it will provide evidence of their plans to overturn the election.[/quote]

Messages from the people who just got subpoenas aren’t public yet, but there are plenty of messages that already are regarding sending fake electors from to Congress from the party that didn’t win. Here are some:
