Was there a bit of misunderstanding here? Not criticizing at all, we all get a bit confused and yesterday was a big "news" day. This was posted yesterday the 17th about a hearing "tomorrow" also the "17th" when "tomorrow" was actually the "18th" which is today (my apologies!). Juliana has a previously schedule hearing Thursday the 19th to suppress some prior testimony. That we already knew about. Does she in fact have a newly scheduled hearing today Wednesday the 18th about which people have been speculating would announce a plea bargain?[/quote]
