What would damages look like?[/quote] I've predicted before that the jury could find retaliation occurred (some social media posts boosted/planted or whatever) but minimal damages because most of the reputation was self-inflicted. That would be a kind of worst-case scenario with both parties coming up as losers.[/quote]
